Project Description:
The improvement includes construction of a sanitary sewer including all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for:

Division 1: Excavation and backfill, approximately 2446 feet of 84-inch and 96-inch sanitary sewer, erosion control, soil handling and stabilization, surface restoration and miscellaneous associated work, including cleanup; all in accordance with the contract documents including Plan File Nos. 515-167-176.

Division 2: Excavation and backfill, approximately 168 feet of 144-inch sanitary sewer, 135 feet of 48-inch steel casing pipe, traffic control, erosion control and miscellaneous associated work, including cleanup; all in accordance with the contract documents including Plan File Nos. 515-167-176.

This project is located in Polk County, Iowa with Division 1 located at the Wastewater Reclamation Facility at 3000 Vandalia Road and Division 2 located at the intersection of SE 6th Street and Vale Street in Des Moines, IA.

Project Update:
This project will begin construction once all final government clearances have been received.
